Transportation Services

Southern Frontenac Community Services offers affordable and reliable transportation to seniors (60+), and adults with physical disabilities (not covered by ODSP), living in South Frontenac and Rural Kingston.

Every month, our Transportation Coordinator schedules 500+ drives for clients. These drives include trips to:

  • Medical appointments at hospitals, doctor’s office, walk-in clinics, etc.

  • Social appointments (visiting loved ones in hospitals, support groups, etc.)

  • Essential errands (banking, grocery shopping, Walmart)

  • Southern Frontenac Community Services programming (Adult Day Program, Diners Lunch Club, Social & Recreational Programs including Grace Café and Social Club)

  • and many more!
