Food Bank & Good Food Box Volunteer
Thanks to community donations, services, groups, churches and members, the SFCSC Food Bank can provide 5-7 days of food staples, including bread, milk, eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables, school lunch snacks, and some protein selections to low-income households. Upon eligibility approval, South Frontenac Township residents can access the Food Bank once a month.
In addition, SFCSC partners with the North Kingston Community Health Centre to offer the Good Food Box Program. Available to everyone, the program offers locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables to be purchased at a low, reasonable cost.
