We invite you to join us for a wonderful day of golfing in support of enhancing seniors' services in South Frontenac and rural Kingston.

Rivendell Golf Course, 7539 Hwy 38, Verona

 

Four-person Scramble – Shotgun Start 1:30 pm

$100 per person/ $85 for Rivendell Members.

 

Includes: Green Fees, Golf Cart, Dinner at the historic Grace Centre, Bus Transportation to/from the Grace Centre, and Prizes.

​

Prizes include: Hole-in-one, closest to the pin, longest drive, putting contest, and more!

​

Dinner will be served at the beautiful, historic Grace Centre in Sydenham, with a cash bar.

Bus transportation will be available from the Grace Centre to the Golf Course and back again after the game.

 

You may enter as a single, pair, or a foursome (mixed, male, female, or sponsor)

Southern Frontenac Community Services Seniors' Programs

 

SFCSC is a registered charity located at the Grace Centre in Sydenham, Ontario that provides health support services and social programs for seniors in South Frontenac.

​

Over 2000 seniors received over 20,000 services in 2018.

​

Services include Adult Day Services for seniors with dementia, hot meals delivered weekly, transporting seniors to medical appointments, health services like foot care, social and recreational activities, seniors' fitness, hospice and bereavement services, and more.

​

Serving our aging rural population with dignity and respect, helping overcome challenges to allow them to live in their own homes longer, and receive the health and social supports they need.
